Conference agenda
Here’s how the day will be structured. You will be able to select your workshops closer to the time, as we will ensure sessions are topical, relevant and include the latest Aptem product and sector information. We will also offer pre-bookable personalised support sessions with representatives from our team. Timings are subject to change.
Networking drinks
At the end of the conference, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, you are invited to join us for networking drinks at The Cosy Club, 33 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham, B2 5SN.
Getting there
The conference will take place at the Grand Hotel Birmingham, B3 2FE.

Finding your way around
On arrival
When you arrive at the venue, please head to the guest cloakroom (to the left of the main reception in the Lobby area). There, in the Crush Bar, you will find the Aptem registration desk.
Conference space
Our event will be held in the Ballroom on the ground floor, with elective workshops taking place in Church and Temple rooms on the first floor. We also have access to the first-floor breakout space and terrace. Our team will be around on the day to guide you.
Refreshments will be served in the Crush Bar on the ground floor and breakout space on the first floor. Lunch will be served in the Ballroom on the ground floor.
Accommodation
The Grand Hotel Birmingham is centrally located and there is a good choice of hotels in the vicinity.
